These are "NEW" spring hats for a Girl. These are NOT VINTAGE and although they are NEW... they are not of the highest quality but... they are great to use for those special occasions that pop up from time to time. Children out grow hats and clothing so fast that something of this nature works well. There are 3 hats, one White, one Soft Blue, and one Lavender. The Soft blue hat has a slight soil under the hat on the inside of the bias but not visiable. This was only because they have been in storage. The hats all have elastic bands to hold them on and matching ribbons on the back of the hat.
