FOR YOUR INFORMATION: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY !

I would like to inform my customers and anyone visiting my website that the items I sell consist of NEW and USED, RETRO and VINTAGE, NEW, FUNKY, as well as those ONE OF A KIND FINDS!! I will note on each item which category the item pertains too along with an item description. If you have any questions you are more than welcome to email me or call me. Any USED and/or VINTAGE items purchased PLEASE!!! PLEASE!! DO NOT expect them to be in a condition as if they were just recently purchased at retail store. I want my customers to be "HAPPY" with their purchase BUT.. I also need everyone to understand that I can't make something 50 years old "NEW AGAIN" . It will be hopeless to expect them to be flawless!!

Any VINTAGE/USED items ARE CLEANED but I DO leave the heaviest of cleaning to the buyer so PLEASE!!!! do not leave me derogatory remarks about the cleanliness of the item. I do my best to get the item clean but there is always that one item that could be just a little bit cleaner or maybe even spotless if YOU have some of that extra time and TLC that I can't fit into the schedule.

Any of my mannequinns, heads, or busts that I use on my website are NOT FOR SALE!! Only the product displayed.

As far as shipping .... If you are interested in purchasing a product it would be best that you send me your address so I can give you an accurate shipping cost prior to checkout. I have experienced shipping costs to be erratic when using some of the shipping charts in the past so I prefer to get an accurate shipping cost directly from the post office to your zipcode. I am not and will not add on fees to the already high shipping costs. I ship ALL packages from the United States Post Office...PARCEL POST. If another shipping method is preferred I will do my best to accomodate you. Occassionally, I have sent large and heavy items through PAK Mail, who also quotes prices from UPS as well as FEDX but many times found them to be slighlty higher in cost.

I MUST ADD 7% Sales Tax to your total order. THIS IS A MANDATORY FLORIDA SALES TAX THAT I MUST COLLECT. Therefore, the buyer will be responsible for cost of product, all shipping costs and 7% Florida Sales Tax. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS THEREFORE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND INSURANCE AND CONFIRMATION (but it is YOUR CHOICE) so you can be fully reimbursed if something happens that you do not receive your package. I WILL DO MY BEST TO WORK OUT ANY PROBLEMS IF EVER NEED BE. I BELEIVE IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND I LIKE TO TREAT INDIVIDUALS AS I MYSELF WANT TO BE TREATED. I HOPE THAT YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS NOT MY INTENT TO STIPULATE AN OVERABUNDANCE OF RULES. JUST CLARIFICATION.
